Firstly it starts with a light and fluffy classic vanilla cupcake with a hint of cinnamon filled with delicious homemade custard. A drizzle of maple syrup, a swirl of vanilla bean buttercream and a sprinkling of crispy bacon bits.
Topped with a stack of freshly flipped pancakes and finished off with a final dousing of maple syrup!
